All paver patios need to be cleaned and maintained at least once every two years. A deep cleaning will get rid of all the dirt and organic growth such as moss or grass from the pavers and their grout lines. Once the paver is cleaned we will replace the sand in the joints with a Polymeric Locking Sand. This acts like a concreted grout which will help prevent settling of the pavers and from organic growth occurring in the joints.
