Siding Cleaning
Cleaning your home’s siding should be done every year if under tree cover, and every other year if not, to remove organic stains such as green and black algae that is discoloring your home. Our cleaning process will also remove oxidation that occurs from sun damage. This can be seen by wiping a dark cloth or finger on the siding and a white residue is present.
Process: We use mild pressure, soap, and elbow grease to achieve superior results. We are mindful of your windows to not blast the seals with high pressure like an amateur may due to inexperience. We ask our customers to remove their screens, so we can have full access to wipe down the window panes to remove the grime that has accumulated on the glass that is distorting the views of the outdoors
Trex Deck Cleaning
Did someone tell you a Trex deck is no maintenance?
Trex needs to be cleaned on a regular basis to prevent the dirt, grime, and organic stains from deteriorating the outer layer of your deck. In order to get the full life of Trex its important to clean it once a year. As a prior installer of Trex Decking, we are aware of the delicate nature some Trex decks have.
Proccess: We use low pressure, mild soaps, and brushing with a soft bristle brush to properly and safely clean Trex decks.

Solar Panel Cleaning
How much electricity do dirty solar panels lose? Pollution, traffic dust, leaves and even bird droppings contribute to preventing sunlight from reaching the solar cells in your solar panels.
The more dirt – the lower amount of electricity they will produce. While many factors affect how much electricity your solar panels will produce – dirty solar panels can be one of the biggest, and easiest to fix.
Experts agree that dirty solar panels don’t produce as much power as clean panels. That loss may range as high as 25% in some areas according to the National Renewable Energy laboratory. Individual dealers have reported losses as high as 30% for some customers who failed to ever clean their panels.
Concrete Cleaning
Concrete is like a sponge and is very susceptible to an array of contaminants like black/green algae, dirt, oils and road salt. These contaminants are absorbed into the concrete and cause cracking, spalling and chipping to your property’s expensive concrete and cement surfaces. A 10+ year old driveway like the one you see here can look brand new once cleaned.
Process: We thoroughly wash your concrete driveway,
sidewalk, patio, porch, or pool deck with our surface cleaning unit to remove unsightly built up contaminants.
Paver Patio Cleaning
All paver patios need to be cleaned and maintained at least once every two years. A deep cleaning will get rid of all the dirt and organic growth such as moss or grass from the pavers and their grout lines. Once the paver is cleaned we will replace the sand in the joints with a Polymeric Locking Sand. This acts like a concreted grout which will help prevent settling of the pavers and from organic growth occurring in the joints.
Process: Mild Pressure using our Surface Cleaner that cleans 360′ giving superior results.
Gutter Brightening
Many homeowners have there siding cleaned periodically, but sometimes overlook there gutters. Why is that? We believe homeowners aren’t aware it can be done. A gutters main purpose is to divert water off the roof, but it can also give a house a unique ascent, like trim around a window. When they become dirty, they can look unsightly. Cleaning them periodically will ensure your house will look its best. The stripes you see on a gutter is due to the asphalt roof leaching and spilling over the front of the gutter. This can be cleaned and make the gutter look like new!
Process: We use a proprietary blend of soaps that has proven to rid the gutter of the stripes and oxidation.
